The banks manage business critical data and are using time critical applications. Disaster recovery solutions are a necessity to guarantee replication of the data and non interruption of the banks operations in case of fire, flood, earth quake, war etc… In general, disaster recovery solutions are costly solutions and need control and testing on regular basis. AEG offers the banks an efficient and easy solution. The bank does not need to reserve office space for the DR solution nor does it need to maintain an environment redundant to the prime site. It does not need to worry about the regular backups and test nor make sure it works as it should be. In case of failure of the bank's prime site, the bank's staff can connect to the AEG DR system and resume their work with their own usernames and
passwords.
